The Course:
This symposium and wet lab will provide information and instruction to participating physicians by way of didactic lectures, slides, video presentations, panel discussions, lab opportunities and question/answer periods. Guest faculty will be available for personal discussions with the symposium participants.
 
Course Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, participants will understand current modalities used in the treatment of glaucoma, pathophysiology of selected forms of glaucoma and indications and standards in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma. The international perspective in the future of glaucoma diagnosis and treatment will be emphasized. Those attending the wet lab will gain practical experience in basic and advanced techniques of glaucoma surgery.
 
Target Audience:
Program participants will include glaucoma specialists and general ophthalmologists.
